Brightwater, a luxury, all-inclusive retirement community located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is pleased to announce the addition of Grace Pagano as the new Director of Nursing.

Pagano is responsible for establishing and implementing standards of resident care on a 24-hour basis and overseeing all nursing aspects, directing and evaluating all nursing personnel and providing direct resident care within the skilled nursing environment.

Pagano graduated from the College of New Rochelle with a BSN in Nursing and received an MPA in Health Care Administration from Long Island University.

Prior to joining the team at Brightwater, Pagano was the Director of Nursing at Covenant Towers, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Director of Nursing Services at Somers Manor Nursing Home, Somers, New York; Director of Nursing Services at Workmen's Circle MultiCare Center, Bronx, New York; Director of Nursing at New York United Hospital Medical Center, Port Chester New York; Administrative Nursing Supervisor at St. John's Riverside Hospital, Yonkers, New York; Staff Nurse at St. John's Riverside Hospital Yonkers, New York; and Staff Nurse at Columbia - Presbyterian Hospital, Manhattan, New York.
