"I can't wait to move into Brightwater. I came to here because I lost my wife and was living alone and there is something going on all the time here," said George Dusenbury of Conway, South Carolina. "When I lived alone I tried to keep house and cook for myself. I didn't do a very good job! Brightwater will eliminate all of that - no cleaning and no cooking!"

The 23,417 square ft. clubhouse houses the grand dining room, an internet café, a bar complete with LCD televisions, a salon, a bistro, a card room, a library, activities rooms and a private dining room that members can reserve.
