Brightwater Retirement Community to Host Festive Clubhouse Grand Opening

Brightwater, a new all-inclusive, luxury retirement in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, will host a ribbon cutting and Mardi Gras themed grand opening celebration for the clubhouse on February 17, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Myrtle Beach Mayor John Rhodes will be the featured guest speaker at the ribbon-cutting, while Donald Thompson, President and CEO of Senior Living Communities and Tiffany Bazen, Brightwater executive director will also speak.
Guests will be transported to New Orleans with elaborate Mardi Gras decorations and Bourbon Street building facades and Cajun food as the sound of live Dixieland music fills the dining room.
The 23,417 square ft. clubhouse houses the grand dining room, an internet café, a bar complete with LCD televisions, a salon, a bistro, a card room, a library, activities rooms and a private dining room that members can reserve.
