Myrtle Beach, S.C. - January 26, 2009 - Brightwater, a luxury, all-inclusive retirement community located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is pleased to announce the addition of Suzanne D. Toole.

As Business Manager, Toole is responsible for managing the administrative business aspects of the campus including payroll, accounts receivable / payable, coordinating human resource activities, maintaining resident and employee files, and consulting with and supporting the Executive Director. She is the principal point of contact with the management company regarding all accounting, payroll, and human resources matters, under the supervision of the Executive Director.

Toole received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management from Coastal Carolina University. She also received an MBA in Human Resource Management coursework from the University of Phoenix, along with her Certification in Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Prior to coming to Brightwater, Toole was Human Resource Manager for Centex Homes in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Toole also held several positions at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center including: Accounting Supervisor/Staff Accountant/Patient Counselor/Insurance Representative.
