I was here when we broke ground, when our first Member moved in and as Brightwater's very first Team Member, I’d like to welcome you to our web site. Brightwater offers the best opportunity in the Grand Strand area for people who want to maintain or enhance their independence and enjoyment of life.
We've invested in the resources to be a leader in combining wellness with daily life. Through our Wellness Program, Wellness Center, research partnership with Wake Forest University, attention to fantastic food, and encouragement of socialization and education – we believe that people can have a better quality of life, for a longer period of time than they could living in their current house. Imagine taking away all the burdens of home ownership and replacing them with more time for family and friends, gorgeous and great-tasting food, better exercise and wellness, enjoyable social events, interesting neighbors, beautiful surroundings, security and all-around peace of mind.
